Artwork enquiries and orders

The site lets you browse artwork and prepare an enquiry in WhatsApp. Submitting the form opens a message draft; it does not send an order or create a contract. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking, sale, or payment. The artist must confirm availability, price, delivery, production details, and any other order terms with you separately before an order is accepted.

Catalogue descriptions, prices, and images are provided to help visitors enquire and may change. Displayed artwork and prices are subject to confirmation by the artist. No online payment is processed through this website.

For a custom commission, the artist will provide a quote. A 50% upfront deposit is required before design work begins. Payment is arranged directly with the artist, and the remaining payment and other order details are agreed before the commission is confirmed.

Reference photos supplied by a customer are used for inspiration and guidance only. The commissioned painting is an original interpretation and is not expected to look exactly like a reference photo. Customers should only share images they are entitled to share.

Copyright and acceptable use

Artwork and other material on this site may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Please read our Copyright & Artwork Use Policy before reusing artwork. Do not attempt to interfere with site security, access restricted admin functions, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

Third-party services

The site relies on third-party services for hosting, the artwork catalogue, fonts, icons, and WhatsApp enquiries. Those services have their own terms, availability, and privacy practices. The artist cannot control services operated by third parties.
